Important Notes:
1) Defeated PaladinPrime in a ladder match to claim the championship.

2) Vacated on 03/19/02, awarded to Redstreak at ArchiveMania I. All 3/31/02 title changes take place during Bedlam Brawl that night.

3) Viewfind defended the title in a Handicap Cage Match against Windcharger, Plasmodium, Morpheus, Quick Switch, and Mat Man. These two escaped the cage simultaneously and were crowned co-champions.

4) Won the Hardcore Battle Royal at Syxx Feet Under 2003

5) Won a Fourway Dance with TC, Ravage & Auros @ Redemption 2004

6) Won the first ever 9 Man TLC Challenge at Archivemania 3

7) Wolfang returned to the X-WCW as the AWF Hardcore and AWF TV Champion after it was proved that he had defended both titles at various indy shows.

8) Otacon won the AWF Hardcore title in 2 Falls match at X-WCW Nitro #31.

9) Justin Sane defeated Otacon and Brett Rayne in Hardcore Ladder Match to unify the X-WCW Xtreme and AWF Hardcore titles, the title was renamed X-WCW/AWF Xtreme-Hardcore Championship.

10) Rocky Davis defeated Spike Kane in a Table Match at Starrcade 4: Unity to unify the X-WCW/AWF TV Championship and the X-WCW/AWF Xtreme-Hardcore Championship.

The X-WCW/AWF Xtreme-Hardcore Championship is retired.

5) The title was retired following the Domestic Dispute Match at ArchiveMania II, where Windcharger defeated Black Zarak and The Big Ragebowski to retain the title.
